An additional fee of $10 will apply on all appointments scheduled on Saturdays,Sundays and public holidays. This surcharge is in place to cover the increased operational costs associated with providing our services outside of normal business hours. We want to ensure that you have access to a high quality massage / myotherapy session regardless of what day it is, so we ask for your understanding when this fee applies.

We provide HICAPS and eftpos on site, so please do bring your health insurance card. If you have extras covering myotherapy / remedial massage, we are able to swipe it through and you only need to pay the gap. If you don’t have your card on you, we will send you a receipt with the details you need to be able to claim back the gap with your health insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

~ In the event of fewer than 12 hours, but greater than 4 hours notice to cancel, you will be charged a late cancellation of 50% of your treatment cost.

~ In the event of fewer than 4 hours notice to cancel, or failing to arrive at your appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation / no show fee of 100% of your treatment cost.

~ In the event that you cancel via any means other than contacting 0431773237, it will be treated as a NO SHOW and charged 100% of the treatment cost.
