Safe Place Guided Meditation

This meditation is about cultivating your safe space.  That space you know you can always go to to feel, to be, to allow, to create.  This is ideal to listen to to practice flowing your emotions through you in a way where you are observing them, rather than ‘being them’.
When we identify with the emotions that flow through us, we can create a sense of anxiety, or attachment to them, the good and the bad… 
Its ok to label them, but we are not our emotions. 
We can create the way we want to feel, but we need to allow everything to flow through us; a bit like a cleansing of sorts to create a canvas to start creating the art of manifesting what you truly want in your life.
