GRMM offers on-the-spot claims with our HICAPS facilities for Remedial Massage and Myotherapy.
Should you not have your health insurance card handy, we will provide you with a tax invoice for you to claim manually.
We are approved with all major providers including Australian Health Management, Australian Unity, BUPA Australia Health (contains 11 health funds incl. MBF), HBF,Medibank Private, Australian Regional Health group (contains 24 health funds), CBHS Health Fund Limited, HCF/ Manchester Unity,nib, Grand United Corporate Health and The Doctors’ Health Fund.

Electronic Paperwork Policy
As per our Covid Safe Plan, all forms will be sent to you electronically. It is encouraged to fill these out prior to your appointment. If you forget to complete the paperwork prior to arriving, treatment cannot begin until its completed, and henceforth time taken to complete any forms not filled in will come out of your treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel / reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours notice. This allows time for us to offer your spot to someone on the cancellation list waiting for something to come up.
We understand that late cancellations will be inevitable, however, no shows will not be accepted and will incur no show fee of 100% of the treatment missed.
If cancelling with less then 12 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of treatment.
Furthermore, for cancellations with less then 4 hours notice, you may be charged 100% of treatment cost.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Our practitioners will not accept inappropriate direct or indirect behaviors from clients. If a practitioner feels there is inappropriate behavior occurring, your treatment will be terminated affective immediately as well as all future treatment plans here at GRMM.
Inappropriate behaviors include but are not limited to:
- angry, aggressive communications (verbal or written)
- unwanted attention (verbal or non-verbal)sexual harassment (unwelcome sexual conduct of any kind)
- stalking (repeated attempts to impose unwanted communication or contact)
bullying (repeated, unreasonable conduct in the clinic) - any act of physical violence, property damage, or production of a weapon
- intoxication at the time of treatment
